Water Rockets - Rocket Plane with 2 Liter Motor

Our first attempt at motorizing a styrofoam plane used a 2 liter bottle. Pretty bulky, and didn't really let the plane "fly".

Center of effort seems a bit low here, resulting in too high of an angle of attack. Sounds like a 737 Max, right?
