Make a side salad of cuke, tomato and onion with dressing.
Marinate the fish in Italian dressing and seasonings.
Slice red cabbage, onion, limes and avacado. Poblano peppers and cilantro are good too.
Sautee the cabbage and onions with lime juice.
Sear the fish on the grill, leaving it pink inside.
Fry the tortillas (I like flour tortillas) untill they have golden brown spots on each side.
Load up the tortillas with fish.
Add the veggies and avodado slices.
Fold up the tortilla shells into a taco shape.
